For the Geographers the space ins´t just a piece of land without influence above human specie, but the space can influence an receive the influence of all human activity inclusive the economies actitvities. This way the space is more than a Theater for the human desire, therefore, the geographic space has a complexity deeper, sides and a multifaceted enviroment, so, when we are studyng any economy activity in a Local this activity it´s more than an economic phenomenun, It has complexity and envolve a large number of elements to study.        From this explanation let´s talk about the difference between the Chain Productive of Coffee and a Spatial Cicuit of Coffee Production.  The Chain of Productive is compound for the all sectors tha are linkages to producte de coffee drink. Why the Coffee Production is more "geographic" than other types of agricultures

The Coffee Production depends on of many elements and structures to be excelent and efficient. Since to plant until to prepair a cup of coffee this is a complex system and a productivy chain.  When We speak tha coffee production is more "geographic" than othes types of agriculture We want to indicate that in each level of this system the presence of strutuctures ande workers in the local still is important.   The first example is that the majority of coffee producers is compound for de small and medium farmers, therefore the coffee agriculture needs a relevant number of workers. It´s good to count also thar season harvest the number of workers is higher because many people are hire to harvest. The farm needs of many structures and machines to work and produce a good coffee. It´s necessary a space to dry the coffee, one machine to take the mucilage the coffee cherry,  the structure to store the green grain and machines to mantain the farming during all the year....

When I want to research about some issue related with coffee world, I like a Geographer I choose a Study Object, always I need let very clear what I wish to study. It´s better have a specific good Case Study. In the Economy Geography of Coffee we don´t worried about the coffe plant, because the coffee plant it´s worried to others scientists.  We economics geographers must be focus with how the activity producty of coffee it´s influencing the geographic space and how geographic space influence the coffee production. This way we observer all the things that appear this relantionship. It´s important to remark that the Human and the Social Justice are very relevant to Economy Geography study, always putting the enviroment issues together. The big goal this book  it´s to be a guidance for new students who are beginning in the Geography College. I organized this work from many books, papers and authors geographers wich I called five steps or a methodologies that the  geographers can follow to do a good research, they are 1) localization ; 2) reasons for that productive activity to be in that local; 3) what are the mutual influences of productive activity in the Space and Space Geographic in the productive activity; 4) To Define the Time and Scale of study and 5) what relationship between of Local scale, Regional scale and Global sca...

The Urban Structures for Coffee Production

The coffee production is different and more complex then others plantation. Since to plantation in the farm until to serve a cup of coffee in the cafe shop, this chain it´s complex and structures with many elements.  Today, lets give examples in the urban eviroment, in a midium city, about the urban structures for Coffee Production. The example more known is the store to sell agricol implements, machines and tools to work in the coffee agriculture.  For to store the coffee grains there are the cooperatives, they are necessary to store, to sell and to instruct the farmer how sell and when sell their grains.  The associations are relevant to offer for the farmers a force to take decisions about new ways to product and associat to have more politics force to protect with the goal about of potencial the comun interests.  In the Cities are the financial institutions and bank, they are important to keep money, to have access the inssurancies and take credit.
