The conquer of a Geographical Indication

 Some steps are necessary to reach a Geographical Indication, let´s to show some: 1) Have a product or service that to be very specific and related with a region or area 2) To define by maps wich size and the area that the product will be protect 3) This product must has an evident dependece and history with natural facts or traditional facts with that society to be envolved 4) To begun the process it´s need a association or syndicate to be a reponsible by burocracy and after take care and to protect the product or service chosen.  5) It´s necessary have all the actors socioeconomics envolved, because the Geographical Indication doesn´t belong the an entity privaty, but belong the all society that is located in that region   6) To sent all the documents to an oficial institution to check and finally approve the new Geographical Indication "Each Day the World is complex and different"

 The Second Seminary of Coffee Growing: Intersections among Geography, Environment and Management that happened in the campus of IFSULDEMINAS in Poços Caldas city was a succesful. The three nights were of good presentations and discussion about the thinghs and points that are in relation with Coffee Production. In the next Seminary I´ll the program in two days only, because it´s better to concentrate the event, one day for Geography and another day for Environment Management. The three days that had the coffee-brake were nice and the public particitpation was regular, mainly because the workers of institute are Strike.  The Second Seminary of Coffee Growing: Intersections among the Geography, Environment and Management is an anual event that looking for gathered the researchs in Human Science that treating about Coffee production. This Seminary occur in the Federal Institute of South of Minas Gerais, Poços de Caldas campus, always in the first semester of each year.  The researches about coffee production are traditional in the Federal Institute of South of Minas Gerais, but the majority theses researchs are make to agriculture and administration related with coffee production. These works are very important but was lacking studies or subjects with focus in the Human Science.  This way, the Geography course in 2023 propose this seminary. The Coffee World´s study is very large, since the economies subjects offer a big amplitude to study. Because this,  is relevant the researcher chose a Point of View to delimitate his work scientific. Why the Coffee Production is more "geographic" than other types of agricultures

 The Coffee Production depends on of many elements and structures to be excelent and efficient. Since to plant until to prepair a cup of coffee this is a complex system and a productivy chain.  When We speak tha coffee production is more "geographic" than othes types of agriculture We want to indicate that in each level of this system the presence of strutuctures ande workers in the local still is important.   The first example is that the majority of coffee producers is compound for de small and medium farmers, therefore the coffee agriculture needs a relevant number of workers. It´s good to count also thar season harvest the number of workers is higher because many people are hire to harvest. The farm needs of many structures and machines to work and produce a good coffee. It´s necessary a space to dry the coffee, one machine to take the mucilage the coffee cherry,  the structure to store the green grain and machines to mantain the farming during all the year....
