 There are several areas in the science that study the coffee world, therefore this coffee world offer multiples possibities, ways and methodoligies that can used to contribute to help all the things that related with coffee world. This way up the Economy Geography of Coffee can contribute to give a overwie of how the production coffee influence in the Geografic Space that was chosen to be studied. We can to do some question for make a to lead the research, like these:  a) How many fisical structures server the coffee production? b) What is scale of economy influence that coffee production reach? c) How much workers are related directelly with chain productivity of coffee in the region? d) How is the production this local in compair with others coffee regions the same size? e) What is kind of work that the workers are envolved? f) How the plantation of coffee it´s respect the natural enviroment? g) The city get give a good resoucers to local population, like a hospital, homes,...

 When I want to research about some issue related with coffee world, I like a Geographer I choose a Study Object, always I need let very clear what I wish to study. It´s better have a specific good Case Study. In the Economy Geography of Coffee we don´t worried about the coffe plant, because the coffee plant it´s worried to others scientists.  We economics geographers must be focus with how the activity producty of coffee it´s influencing the geographic space and how geographic space influence the coffee production. This way we observer all the things that appear this relantionship. It´s important to remark that the Human and the Social Justice are very relevant to Economy Geography study, always putting the enviroment issues together. After that I choose my Case Study and I start the research using the methodologies that I developted in my book "Economic Geography: Permanences and Ruptures in the Analysis of Economic Activity in its Relationship with Geographic Space" ...

My interest area in the science It´s the Geography, have been more specific my Master Degreee and PHd were about Economy Geography of Industry. In 2023, I wrote a book that talk about how to do a good scientific research in Economy Geography, this Book called "Economic Geography: Permanences and Ruptures in the Analysis of Economic Activity in its Relationship with Geographic Space". The big goal this book  it´s to be a guidance for new students who are beginning in the Geography College.  The coffee production is different and more complex then others plantation. Since to plantation in the farm until to serve a cup of coffee in the cafe shop, this chain it´s complex and structures with many elements.  Today, lets give examples in the urban eviroment, in a midium city, about the urban structures for Coffee Production.  The coffee has a big importance to many areas for the Brazil. Until today the coffee keeping a important product to exportation for the economy country, actually the coffee it´s a fourth commodity exported by Brazil, this is much significant.  During almost one hundred and thirty years the coffee was the main product exported by Brazil, since in the half ninteen century the grain possibilited of Brazil attracted sources to mantain the mininum taxe balance, this helped the country built many structuries to development.  The state simbol this importance it´s São Paulo state, this state got acummulated a large structuries like: rail net, highways, harbor, financial system, quality employers and relevant technologic and science centers.  The Specialities coffees are coffees of type Coffee Arabica that are the best to produce delight drinks. This kind of grain is compound for more one thousand chemical substance, this composition is able to give a wonderful flavour, aroma and sweetnes to the drinks.  The Speciality Coffee Association - SCA is the organization that care of quality and standartization that what is "Speciality Coffee". All the coffee that called Special Coffee must to reach above eighty points in the SCA classification. When a coffea reach this calssification, It´ll be a delicious drink.  The coffee plant it´s a plant originated in Abyssinian Plateau, actually Etiopia. This plant is adapted to tropical weather, that has and midiun and high altitude, his cientific name is coffea arabica. But, there is a kind of coffee that adapted to the equatorial weather, this the Coffee Canephora, the variety most known are Robusta and Conilon coffee, this type of plant like high tempetaures and high humity.  The Coffee Arabica is the most popular plant, it´s used to give flavor, aroma and sweetness  for the drink. The Canephora Coffee is used to compound the industrialized coffee because it is cheaper and his productivity is bigger than coffee arabica.  It´s nice remember that coffee ´s the second larger drink more consumed in the world,  behind just water.
